Excelsior LT472 is a 100 year old fishing vessel. Fully restored, she will be on public view at her home port of Lowestoft for you to visit and take a look around onboard. Wed 7 Jul – Sun 8 Aug 2021, free entry.

A walking safari (yes walking) through a 100 acre wildlife park is a great adventure for animal lovers of all ages…less than 10 minutes from the hotel and don’t forget to check out the daily activities list to get closer to the animals.

Visit the Sandy Suffolk Coast
Head for the beach and enjoy the summer weather and some great sunsets. Pakefield, Kessingland and Walberswick are 3 of the best and only a few minutes drive from the Coach House.
Swinging in Suffolk
Several excellent golf courses surround the Coach House, great views and countryside at Southwold and Woodbridge Clubs (19th holes are pretty good too…) Closer to home, the Rookery Park Golf Club welcomes guests right here in Carlton Coleville.
